Students learn how to develop protection plans, route selection, advances on venue, motorcade operations, protective formations, emergency vehicle / motorcade operations, attacks on principle, including live-fire drills. Emphasis will be on domestic sized detail operations. The course culminates in a final FTX realistic street protection mission. Enrollment open to  civilians, military and law enforcement.

• Handgun in a major caliber such as 9mm, .357 Sig, .40 cal., or .45 ACP (semi-auto center fire pistols only - revolvers or .22 caliber pistols are not allowed)
• Kydex Holster
• Dual magazine pouch
• 3 magazines
• Sturdy belt
• Footwear suitable for rapid movement and turning
• Clothing suitable for training in any weather on outdoor ranges
• Business casual outfit for street exercise (collared shirt/suitable pants or female equivalent)
• Wraparound eyewear
• Recommend electronic hearing protection or earmuffs and earplugs
